Nordic Innovation Summit 2022

  • May 19, National Nordic Museum
  • Virtual + in-person tickets

The Scandinavia region is seen as a world leader in pioneering workplace equality. One of highlights of the program is the panel discussion titled "The "Scandinavian DEI Paradox". Scandinavia has some of the most robust regulations in the world to encourage equal opportunities at work; yet there are still large imbalances in the gender balance of business leaders, as male executives still dominate. On the panel alongside Marie, will be Margret Bjarnadóttir, co-founder of Icelandic company PayAnalytics, and panel host Tuula Rytilä, Corporate Vice President at Microsoft Digital Stores.

About the event

This year's event will focus on “Innovating for Our Common Future". There is a keynote address from the President of Iceland, Guðni Jóhannesson, titled “Innovation, Independence, and Interdependence,” and panels such as “The Future Workplace” and “Financing for Our Common Future,” as well as conversations about electric mobility, carbon sequestration, and sustainability and the circular economy.

Tickets: Cost: Members US$75, General Admission US$100
