Once again FutureBoards and Aftenposten will take the temperature at the top of the business world, with this year's debate focusing on women in top leadership, both in the C-Suite and on boards.

During the winter, Norway saw a succession women appointed to high profile executive roles, including the new heads of public broadcaster NRK, the Norwegian FA, and the Norwegian Central Bank. Will they lead in a different way to their male predecessors, and if so, how?
The panel will examine what we really mean by 'female leadership', and what it takes to create equal opportunities for female leaders to succeed.
